All Power Plus Power Cables are custom made to length in-store.
Power Plus is constructed with the finest high purity copper in the world, featuring two 12awg conductors and a 12awg ground. The very low resistance of the conductors, combined with the cables low inductance, allows for unrestricted dynamic current delivery while keeping noise out of your system. The design of this cable combines very low series resistance, inductance, and DH Labs noise cancelling geometries for immunity to outside noise, reducing coloration and improving overall transparency.
A 15 amp rated cable, use it for power amplifiers, integrated amps, powered subwoofers, pre-amps etc.
The POWER PLUS is custom terminated by Spinners and we have the 4.5ft and 6ft ready to ship. We can also make you a custom length. We use either Hubbell or Marinco 5-15P and IEC3201C15 ends depending on what we can source. The performance and construction of both brands is equally impressive.
DH Labs copper is better than OHNOCC. Normal copper wire has about 1500 grains per foot. (Less grain is better for audio signal transfer.) OHNO has about 70 grains per foot. We source OFHCC Continuous Crystal (Long Grain) Copper from the USA for our products, and this material has 40 grains per foot.
