Here we have an excellent condition Rotel RSX-1562 home theatre receiver.
This is a 7.1 channel with 100 watts per channel into 8 ohms and a great 24-bit/192kHz DAC.
A bit older but if you let your new TV do the HDMI switching you will have great sound reproduction. You could also use this in all channel stereo in a large garage or commercial space.
Includes the original box and remote control and power cable.
