Gershman Acoustics Avant Garde
We have a pair of the made in Canada Gershman Acoustics Grand Avant Garde in the high gloss black finish.
This unique design uses the bass/pedestal for part of the internal air volume contributing to the large sound from a speaker with a very modest size.
The speakers and removable magnetic wood grills are in very good shape.
There are 2 only anomalies, (1) the felt on the front baffle on the one speaker is a bit distorted when we had to replace a tweeter under warranty from Gershman (2) one grill has a small split on the side (its MDF) but you cannot see it from the front or unless you are looking for it - it is shown in one of the photos
These speakers require robust amplification to perform to their potential, but if your amplification us up to the task, these speakers sound very nice indeed.
