The Shanling SMT1.3 is a high-end digital streamer transport, designed for audiophiles to deliver a pure digital signal to an external Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). It runs on a customized Android 12 OS and features an optimized user interface controlled via a touchscreen or companion app.
Alongside its own app and screen navigation, Roon Ready, Qobuz Connect, Tidal, Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, NAS, Samba, UPnP/DLNA and Airplay 2 support offer endless compatibility. Firmware updates ensure your streaming is kept up to date.
Sound Performance
The SMT1.3 gives you the option to upsample content to high-res PCM or DSD for slightly different sonic presentation to suit your preference and matching with your DAC.
