This headphone amp was manufactured by HeadAmp about 20 years ago.
This was a custom build for a client and it has a few 'upgrades' over other versions available at the time;
-Dual stepped attenuators, one for left and one for right, these use discrete resistors
-3 gain levels allows matching to different impedance headphones
-balanced or single ended input (XLR or RCA)
The unit is 100% stock.
The unit works 100% as it should and is very musical, it was just tested at the time of this listing.
The physical condition is very good to excellent with no visible scratches or marks through the black anodizing.
We will include a basic power cord and a dual 1/4" male to 3.5mm female adapter cable.
