MyGROOV is compatible with all type of cartridges, MM as well as MC, whatever their impedance and sensitivity. Its differential analog input structure preserves best sound quality by avoiding injecting AC current into your phono cartridge. A four-position horizontal rotary switch with anodized aluminum wheel selects Standby, MM, Mute, or MC modes. An out-of-standby delay feature avoids any thump at turn on and when switching between MM, Mute, and MC. The LED status indicator shows red when MyGROOV is in standby mode and white during operation.
LOW NOISE CIRCUITRY
MyGROOV boasts an integrated universal power supply (85-265 Vac / 50-60Hz) and a unique design, extremely fast, ultra low noise audio power supply. There are no electrolytic capacitors in the audio section, neither in the audio low noise power supply, nor in the audio path.
MyGROOV comes in an elegant textured ABS housing in white. It meets the most stringent energy saving regulations, using extremely low power consumption in standby mode (<200mW). Like all Micromedia products, MyGROOV is designed and fully produced in France.
